QYD Quest — January 4, 2022

QYD expands! We're excited to welcome two new communities into the QYD Quest — Deerfield Valley, VT and, our first community outside of Vermont, Broadlands, VA!

Deerfield Valley recently gathered a small Steering Committee and submitted a Letter of Intent, which was officially approved by the QCC today. The valley includes the towns of Wilmington, Whitingham, Halifax, Readsboro, and Dover.

Broadlands, a town about 30 minutes outside of Washington D.C., will be starting the QYD Quest through a QYD Bits intern. Her mission will be to complete benchmark #5 — 'Youth are Welcome' signs displayed in downtown businesses.

We're so excited to work with Deerfield Valley and Broadlands to increase support of their youth!
